Booking Fee

The fee for your initial 45 minute consultation will be redeemed if you elect to proceed with one of our packages but is otherwise non-refundable.

Cancellations or Rescheduling

As appointments with Dr Burnell are longer than regular doctor visits, we request that you provide us with as much notice as possible if you need to change or cancel your appointment.

Cancellations or rescheduling with 48 hours notice will not incur a fee, however, appointments cancelled within 48 hours or “no shows” will not be refunded except in exceptional circumstances.
